We appreciate your desire to serve PF Kids at the 2023 Fun Arts Festival. Below are the various areas in which you can volunteer. Please check ALL that you are capable of serving in! The Volunteer Coordinator will be contacting you with more details of your assignment on or before May 10th. A T-Shirt and/or Event Lanyard will be given to all volunteers upon Check-In

Area of Serving(Required)

I will serve as a Room Monitor. The Room Monitor will serve as a host to the presentation room by announcing each participant, encouraging a “fun” atmosphere, and monitoring the door during presentations.

I will serve as a Runner. The Runner will assist the Room Monitor, as well as take all Participant Evaluation Forms to the Office

I will serve as a Door Monitor. The Door Monitor will assist the Room Monitor in securing the room during presentations

I will serve as a Sound Technician. Sound Technicians will handle all music and microphone levels, as well as music cues

I will serve on the Security Team. The Security Team will work to ensure the safety of the participants and audience. Security Team Members must be Age 18 or older

I will serve on the Registration Team. The Registration Team will facilitate the ‘Check-In’ process for registered churches, participants and register any Nonparticipants.

I will serve as a Judge. A judge will constructively evaluate a participant’s presentation. Judges should be Age 16 or older. All Judges will receive an Event Lanyard upon Check-In.
