Part-Time Worship Pastor

**Position Overview:**
The Part-Time Worship Pastor will lead worship services, cultivate a vibrant worship culture, and disciple our volunteer worship team. This role is perfect for a gifted musician and leader passionate about worship in a mission-driven church.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Plan and lead worship for Sunday services and occasional special events, creating God-honoring    experiences.
– Recruit, train, and mentor worship team members (vocalists, musicians, tech volunteers) to       grow in faith and skill.
– Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to select songs and plan services aligned with our biblical     vision.
– Oversee audio-visual elements for quality sound and presentation.
– Engage in church life, including events and discipleship, to build community relationships.
– Manage rehearsals and worship tasks within a part-time schedule.

**Qualifications:**
– Deep relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle of integrity.
– Proven worship leadership experience in a church setting (1-3 years preferred).
– Strong musical skills, with proficiency in guitar or piano and vocal leadership.
– Ability to lead and inspire volunteers with humility and encouragement.
– Familiarity with contemporary worship and tools like Planning Center or ProPresenter.
– Alignment with Church of Hope’s mission and values.
– Theological training or worship ministry experience is a plus.

– Collaborative, servant-hearted, and organized in a part-time role.
